11popchingu's Terms & Conditions

• MINE = NO CANCELLATION, YOURS = NO CANCELLATION• Bogus buyer/Joy reserver will be posted! We will be strict this time.• Claiming an item via comment or DM is okay. No cancellations once you send a message like “Mine” + item. Kindly wait for our reply within the day (up to 24 hrs) for us to confirm.• Scheduled shipping the next day for onhand items. 2-3 days allowance for pickup.• I live in the province so order only if it’s okay with you. Our shop’s eta is not like the other shops who live in mm. NETA is usually 4-8 weeks after shipment from KR to our address. If it’s not okay with you, do not order. Patient buyers only.• In case of international SF price change, we will notify you immediately. This is for bulky items only. Price might change depending on the volumetric weight of the item.• Onhand items are mostly PAYO or up to 1-week reservation (depending on the item). Longer DOPs are provided for onhand sales 2k & above with a down payment with up to 1-month deadline. Failure to pay in full within the said date will incur late fees or we have the right to cancel the order. DP is non-refundable.• PRIO PAYO BUYERS.• For onhand & preorders: A down payment is required if not paid in full. NO DP = NO RESERVATION• In case of a Factory/Manufacturer defect, a refund is not possible. It is beyond our control anymore unless the supplier agrees to replace the item.• We have the right not to respond to problematic buyers, rude buyers, joy reservers & bogus buyers.• If the supplier canceled/failed to ship the secured items/sent incomplete order, please give us time to fix the problem or find another supplier. We will provide you with options but we have the right to refund in case we cannot find another supplier.• All items are official. Preorders from sites like Ktown, YG, Weverse, Makestar, Knpops are bought DIRECTLY from them.• Provide an unboxing video in case of concerns. It should be clear, uncut and unedited. Otherwise, it will not be acknowledged.• Late payment fee of 20php per day for those who did not pay their balances on the said due date. We can’t remind you through DM every time. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE NOTE OF THE GIVEN DOP.• Please do not share our payment details (name, complete address, important numbers) in public. It could be used/taken advantage of by other people. If caught, you will be held responsible!• Please do not text/call our shop's number/gcash number! Please respect our personal space & time. If you have an inquiry, just wait for our reply. You can email us for urgent matters instead.


For Purchase Assistance (Pabili) & Bank Transfer service

• No cancellation is allowed once purchased. Any cancellations/refund from original seller will be discussed and will incur another fee.• In case our payment will not go through, we will refund the amount you sent. This happens rarely, depends on the payment method of the site and currency used.• We are not responsible for any missing/defective products incurred from production, local & international shipping of your order/s.• Track your own order/s. We will give you the tracking # once available.• You can use our international address (with fee) or your own address.• If your seller turned out to be a scammer, we are not responsible for any transaction you made with them.• All shipping fee will be covered by the buyer.• Full payment is needed before we secure/pay for your order/s.• If using our international address, please do not post our details publicly. It is strictly confidential.• If using our international address, please declare your parcels after placing an order. Undeclared parcels will incur a fee of ₱20 per day.• Refund fee is different from our posted rate.



Ticket Assistance

• First to pay basis.• Must have options for desired seat, in case 1st option is no longer available.• 100% of ticket price will be refunded in case of sold-out. Service fee of 100 is non-refundable.• In case our payment will not go through, we will refund the amount you sent. This happens rarely, depends on the payment method of the site/receiver and currency used.


Refunds/Cancellation

REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE/NOT POSSIBLE 🢃 🢃• Buyers not reading our T&C/CARRD.• Once the down payment has been paid.• Change of mind/found elsewhere.• Courier’s fault.• Factory/Manufacturer defect.• Other excuses. We already stated above only to buy/claim if you have the extra money in case of emergencies.• If the buyer insists on a refund, you can “pasalo” your order. You can look for a buyer to claim your order instead.• Refunds are only provided if it is due to our mishandling or in case of sold-out items/wrong inventory. Kindly give us 1-15 days to process the refund.• Once you send a DP, we secure your order right away. We gave the slot to you, SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR NO REFUND POLICY.

🚫 CANCELLATION 🚫

• Strictly no cancellation of order. LET US NOT WASTE EACH OTHER’S TIME.• If the buyer insists on cancellation, they shall pay a minimum of 100php or 50% of the item/s claimed (whichever is higher).• Failure to follow this will be posted as a JOY RESERVER. We will be strict this time.


Packing & Shipping

• The seller has the right to ask for a PF especially when your order needs a box for protection.• If you paid for a packing fee: The packaging used is not recycled. We also buy our packaging needs online.Packaging Fee (Toploaders, box & wraps included)
15php for Small items/Photocards
20-80php for big/bulky items
• Delays in shipments after it is shipped out are beyond our shop’s control.• For direct couriers (J&T) a ₱500 insurance is automatically applied. If you want to customize your insurance, you can add it to the shipping form provided. The shipping form can be found on our pinned tweet/moments or sent via dm.• Flash Xpress & Shopee Checkouts do not have insurance in case of a problem. It is your choice if you still want this as your MOD.
